Terms & Conditions

1. No purchase necessary. The prize draw is free to enter
2. Employees and immediate families of Nikon companies, their agents or anyone professionally connected with this competition may not participate in this draw.
3. You must be over 15 to enter
4. Only one entry per person, no bulk or third party entries.
5. Closing date for all entries is 23:59 on the 25th July 2011.

Entering

1. To enter the draw, simply vote for your favourite image and fill in your details on the internet entry form at www.18openimages.com. Details must be filled in correctly, including name, telephone number and e-mail address. Nikon cannot be held responsible for entries with incorrect contact details.
2. Your data will not be shared with any third party, except Nikon if you have opted in on the entry form.
3. No responsibility will be accepted for entries incomplete, delayed or not received for whatever reason.
4. An independent person will pick 72 winners at random from the entries submitted once the competition has closed.
5. There will be 72 winners that will be notified by email within five working days of the closing date.
6. You are only eligible to win one prize per person.

Prizes

1. The promoter is Nikon UK Ltd. The prize providers are, Nikon UK, Motocaddy, Foremost, Trendygolf.com, Golfbreaks.com, British Airways Pairs Championship in association with Sandals.
2. Any winners who live outside of the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland may be subject to a delivery charge of their prize
3. The prize fund consists of 72 prizes that are made up of the following:

3.2.1. The prizes provided from Nikon are: 7 x Nikon LRF 350G laser rangefinders, 12 x Travellite EX binoculars, 7 x Nikon D3100 DSLR kits (including 18-55mm lens), 6 x Nikon COOLPIX P300’s, 34 x Nikon COOLPIX S3100’s
3.2.2. 66 people will be picked from random and will win one prize each
3.2.3. Prizes are subject to availability.
3.2.4. Nikon reserve the right to substitute any prizes should they become unavailable.
3.2.5. Prizes will be distributed within 28 days.

3.3.1. Two people will win a Motocaddy S3 Electric Trolley
3.3.2. Prizes are subject to availability.
3.3.3. Motocaddy reserve the right to substitute any prizes should they become unavailable.
3.3.4. Prizes will be distributed within 28 days.

3.4.1. One person will win: A Tour Edge HT Max Driver, Tour Edge HT Max Fairway Wood, Tour Edge HT Max Hybrids x 2, HT Max Irons 5-SW, Tour Edge Backdraft Putter, Tour Edge Staff Bag
3.4.2. Prizes will be distributed within 28 days.

3.5. Team entry to the British Airways Pairs Championship in association with Sandals

3.5.1. One person will win entry for them and a friend to play in a Pairs Championship qualifying event which will take place at Mere Golf Club, Manchester on September 1st.
3.5.2. The winners will be responsible for their own travel arrangements;
3.5.3. The day includes coffee, bacon rolls, 18 hole tournament and 2 course meal afterwards.
3.5.4. Additional drinks are the responsibility of the individuals.
3.5.5. The event stipulates that all participants have to supply an active handicap certificate to be eligible for entry.

3.6.1. One person will win a makeover from trendygolf.com worth £500
3.6.2. The individual will be given the opportunity to spend £500 on the fashion website using a code that will be sent to them via digital communication.
3.6.3. To be redeemed by August 30th 2011 (inclusive)

3.7.1. One person will win a holiday for 4 people to Palazzo Arzaga Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort, Italy.
3.7.2. The prize includes:

3.7.2.1. 2 night break at Palazzo Arzaga Hotel for four people, Spa & Golf Resort
3.7.2.2. breakfast for four people on both mornings
3.7.2.3. 2 rounds of golf for 4 people

3.7.3.Based on two people per room.
3.7.4. The prize is subject to availability and must be taken by 31st March 2012.
3.7.5. Extras such as travel, travel insurance, drinks and spa treatments are not included in the prize

3.7.7. No cash alternative can be offered

3.7.9. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they have a valid passport for at least 6 months from date of departure and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip.
3.7.10. Visas are the responsibility of the passenger; please check with country’s embassy for further information.
3.7.11. Winners can extend their trip at their own expense.
3.7.12. Winner’s requested departure date must have a minimum of 45 days notice after completion of winner form.

4. Winners will be picked in the order of the prizes listed above
5. The promoter's decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. Entry implies acceptance of these rules.
6. This draw is being operated from the UK and is governed by English Law.
